I enjoyed my reprieve from school during my Spring break. It’s nice to take a break from the every day, stop and clean house or do nothing at all.

No school

No students

I don’t have to go to bed early

but I do

I’m enjoying my days

doing nothing

doing all things

I don’t get to do during

the week as I teach

Spring cleaning

a chore

but it’s good to get

rid of old dirt

so the new dirt can come in

stopping more often than not

to enjoy a chocolate

a phone call from my husband

a chat with my daughter

I gotta vacuum now

or not

I will enjoy my Spring break
